Speaker's Biography

Mr. Hsieh is the business development manager of imedtac, which is committed to building the next generation of integrated care platforms with the latest technologies, including the Internet of things, and providing quality, comprehensive care and real-time, multi-faceted communications. He is in charge of building connections and developing collaboration opportunities in the SEA region and the world.

Mr. Hsieh received his MSc. degree in biomedical engineering at National Yang-Ming University. He is focused on integrating technology into medical services and has worked as an R&D engineer, patent engineer, product manager, and project manager, giving him comprehensive experience.

Abstract

imedtac Co., Ltd. is the most professional intelligent healthcare system integrator in Taiwan. Our smart healthcare solutions can improve patient satisfaction, reduce caregivers' workload, and help prevent medical errors. The core value of imedtac is to build a point of care platform with fast healthcare interoperability with our medical software team, system integration team, marketing team, professional consultant planning team, and experts with excellent clinical experience.

We integrate many internets of things (IoT) devices into our fast healthcare interoperability platform that become brand new healthcare solutions. These IoT devices and services like wearable devices, mHealthcare, mobile APP, and various cloud services applications have changed healthcare and communication between caregivers and patients in Taiwan.

The primary feature of our platform is patient-oriented; all the devices and software can monitor every patient's situation and get a historical record. All the tasks will be recorded and sent to the caregiver in charge. The closed-loop system helps the caregiver improve the quality of medical care and patient satisfaction, ease the caregiver's loading, and provide the hospital's critical performance indicators to the manager.
